We had our original single pane aluminum slider replaced with a white vinyl dual pane slider. What a difference in sound and heat, overall a great product at a very competitive price. The quality is great and the installation process was terrific. The two installers really knew what they were doing and had the old one removed and the new one in in a little more than two hours. They covered everything up in the area of the installation and left everything cleaner than before they arrived. Definitely would recommend Primal for a slider replacement.

Hi: If your a skeptic as I was, look no further. I've researched, got bids from other companies and I even went to visit Pure Vinyl Windows, Primal's manufacture plant and I find that they are the nicest people working there and their bid is reasonable. Also I found out their vinyl is certified and offered a good warranty compared to other companies which is a big plus. I really appreciate them getting my patio door made, delivered and installed couple days earlier than my scheduled date. When your a landlord, time is of essence and to have great service is well worth returning and recommending. Thank you Claudia for sending Isaac over to SJC with such short notice to measure my door on a Saturday. We love this vinyl patio door, installed exactly how we wanted it, just perfect!. Appreciate you guys!

Isaac and his team were awesome from start to finish. They did 14 windows+ 1 sliding glass door for our house in Palm Desert, CA. The team members were all professional and very friendly. They did the installation quickly and professionally. The quality of the windows (which the company manufactures) is incredible, it made a huge difference in the look of our home. I highly recommend them and am glad we purchased the windows from this company. They are way better than going through a large warehouse store. I should also say that their customer service was highly responsive and they made great recommendations on the types/styles of windows to install. We were fortunate to have found them. Prices were great along with the top notch customer service. What more can you ask for??? I rarely write reviews but am so impressed I feel like I have to do it for this company and its employees. From consultation all the way to installation, everything was super easy and transparent. We love our new windows and happy to have them at more than reasonable prices. We got quotes from a few companies, but Isaac was able to beat them and do the job even quicker than some of the well known shops we had gotten quotes from. Isaac was very helpful and understanding from the beginning of the project, he helped me meeting my deadlines, he really went above and beyond. Edgar and his crew did the installation, when we had complications related to the framing, they made required adjustments without asking more money. Overall great experience, great value for the price, i will add photos once the house is done.
